ENERGY INDUSTRY:
Mediation and trade in petroleum products in the area of Central Europe (especially Croatia), as well as mediation in the international transport of petroleum products. The company owns an agency contract for representing trade in petroleum products for central Europe with the company F. Leitner Mineralöle Gmbh Graz, as well as an active contract in petroleum coke trade in the Croatian and Bosnian markets. In 2014 and 2015 the company developed the placement of petroleum products (diesel, biodiesel and extra light fuel oil) in the Croatian and Bosnian markets, where it recorded a turnover of 22.5 million litres of diesel and biodiesel in 2015.
Our plan is to continue with the same intensity, as well as to further develop trading contacts with all relevant companies in the Central Europe area.
The company's main strength is great flexibility and adaptivity both to the market and the customers, according to their specific needs, as well as a way of procuring goods which is not conventional and customary in this area. The energy division of the company's activity is led by Goran Bošković.
ARCHITECTURE:
The company is registered for carrying out design, construction and supervision tasks. Design tasks in the capacity of the responsible person (projects prescribed by law – development of preliminary, main and execution designs, as-built documentation and architectural as-built drawing, determination of compliance with essential building requirements, control of the main design regarding noise protection, energy savings and thermal protection (building physics projects), building removal projects and existing condition surveys); expert building supervision tasks in the capacity of the responsible person (supervising engineer); design supervision tasks; interior design projects; landscape architecture projects; bill of quantities production; technical consultancy – all of these tasks are carried out conscientiously and in accordance with the principles and rules of authorized architects and engineers by an authorized architect with a long-standing experience.
The company is also registered and authorized legal entity for energy inspections and energy certification of buildings with simple and complex technical systems. The architecture division of the company's activity is led by Sibia Bošković.
